In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2009164 (interpretation and application)—

in the definition of “pharmacist”, for “a person who is registered in Part 1 or 3 of the Register of Pharmacists maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “a person who is registered as a pharmacist in Part 1 or 4 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”; and

for paragraph (b) of the definition of “supplementary prescriber” substitute—
