Members of the committees referred to in article 7(1)(b) and (d) of the 2007 Order immediately before the appointed day are to be treated as having been appointed to the Fitness to Practise Committee in accordance with rules under paragraph 5 of Schedule 1.

Members of the committee referred to in article 7(1)(e) of the 2007 Order immediately before the appointed day are to be treated as having been appointed to the Investigating Committee in accordance with rules under paragraph 5 of Schedule 1.

Members of the committee referred to in article 7(1)(f) of the 2007 Order immediately before the appointed day are to be treated as having been appointed to the Appeals Committee in accordance with rules under paragraph 5 of Schedule 1.

In this paragraph, “the appointed day” means the day appointed for the coming into force of article 4(6).
