2. In regulations 3(3), 4(1)(a), 11(7) and 12(2)(b) of the Social Security Contributions (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999(1), for “statutory paternity pay” substitute “ordinary statutory paternity pay, additional statutory paternity pay”.
