Amount of allowance2
The amount of the allowance payable under section 5 of the Ministerial and other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991 is—
a
£30,305 for the period beginning with 14th October 2010 and ending on 31st July 2011;
b
£36,366 for the year beginning with 1st August 2011 and each subsequent year beginning with 1st August.
