The Secretary of State for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Military Lands Act 1892(1) and having complied with the consultation requirements of section 17(1) of that Act makes the following byelaws:
1892 c.43 (55 and 56 Vict); Part II was extended by section 2(3) of the Defence (Transfer of Functions) Act 1964 (c.15).
