Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 5th December 2010.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
