Publication and provision of copies

11. By 30th June following the end of the reporting period—
(a)the relevant document must be published by making the document electronically available on the NHS Choices website(1), or another website if that website is not available at the time of publication; and
(b)a copy of the relevant document must be sent to the Secretary of State.
