Amendment of Schedule 1 (producers) E+W+S

16.—(1) Schedule 1 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1(2), omit “at the same time, and”.

(3) In paragraph 4—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “section 242 of the Companies Act 1985”, substitute “ ;section 441 of the Companies Act 2006 M1 ”; and

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (2)(b)(iii), add “ ;(with the exception of any packaging or packaging materials exported from the United Kingdom to a marine installation) ”.
