Amendment of National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007
2. The National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007(1) is amended as follows.

S.I. 2007/236, which was made under section 11 of the Government of Wales Act 1998. Paragraph 8 of Schedule 11 to the 2006 Act provides that an order made under section 11 of the Government of Wales Act 1998 is to have effect as if made under section 13 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
