An application for a forced marriage protection order may be made without notice.

Where an application is made without notice, it must be supported by a sworn statement explaining why notice has not been given.

An application for a forced marriage protection order made by an organisation must state—
a
the name and address of the person submitting the application; and
b
the position which that person holds in the organisation.
