12.72.  F3 In this Chapter “independent reviewing officer” means a person appointed in respect of a child in accordance with regulation 2A of the Review of Children's Cases Regulations 1991 M1 , or regulation 3 of the Review of Children's Cases (Wales) Regulations 2007 M2 .
