29.6.—(1) This rule applies to all documents in proceedings brought under—

(a)[F1section 12(1)(g) or (h)] of, or paragraph 11(1)(e) of Schedule 1 to, the 1973 Act M1; F2...

(aa)[F3section 12A(3) of the 1973 Act in a case where section 12(1)(g) or (h) of the 1973 Act applies; or]

(b)the Gender Recognition Act 2004.

(2) Documents to which this rule applies must, while they are in the custody of the court, be kept in a place of special security.
