31.12. Registration of a judgment under rule 31.11 will serve for the purpose of Article 21(3) of the Council Regulation, Article 24 of the 1996 Hague Convention [F1,] regulation 7 of the Jurisdiction and Recognition of Judgments Regulations [F2or regulation 5 of the 2014 Regulations] (as the case may be) as a decision that the judgment is recognised.
