Certificates issued in England and Wales under Articles 41 and 42 of the Council Regulation E+W

31.19.  The court officer will serve —

(a) a certificate issued under Article 41 or 42; or

(b) a certificate rectified under rule 31.20,

on all parties and will transmit a copy to the Central Authority for England and Wales.
