CHAPTER 2 E+W SERVICE OF THE APPLICATION FOR A MATRIMONIAL ORDER OR CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ORDER IN THE JURISDICTION

Notification of failure of service by the court E+W

6.21.  Where—

(a) the court serves the application by post or other service which provides for delivery on the next business day; and

(b) the application is returned to the court,

the court will send notification to the applicant that the application has been returned.
