CHAPTER 2SERVICE OF THE APPLICATION FOR A MATRIMONIAL ORDER OR CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ORDER IN THE JURISDICTION
Notification of failure of service by the court6.21.
Where—
(a)
the court serves the application by post or other service which provides for delivery on the next business day; and
(b)
the application is returned to the court,
the court will send notification to the applicant that the application has been returned.
