Service of an application form commencing proceedings on children and protected parties6.28.
(1)
This rule applies to the service of an application form commencing proceedings other than an application for a matrimonial or civil partnership order.
(2)
An application form commencing proceedings which would otherwise be served on a child or protected party must be served—
(a)
where the respondent is a child, in accordance with rule 6.14(1); and
(b)
where the respondent is a protected party, in accordance with rule 6.14(2).
