Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 2007

14.  In the Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 2007(1), in the Schedule, in Part 3 under the heading “Consumer and business protection”—

(a) omit “Timeshare Act 1992”;

(b) after the entry for Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2008, insert—

“Timeshare, Holiday Products, Resale and Exchange Contracts Regulations 2010”.
