Sub-paragraph (2) applies in relation to an act or omission which, immediately before the date on which these Regulations come into force, is a domestic infringement under section 211 of the Enterprise Act 2002 in respect of the provisions of the Timeshare Act 1992.

Despite paragraph 11 of Schedule 6, the act or omission is to continue to be a domestic infringement under section 211 of the Enterprise Act 2002.
