In Schedule 10 M1 to the 1962 Act (forms)—

(a)

omit form 4 (return of election expenses required by section 46); and

(b)

in form 5 (declaration of expenses required by section 47)—

(i)

in paragraph (3) omit“in relation to my [the candidate's] personal expenses”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (4); and

(iii)

omit the words from “signed and declared by” to “Justice of the Peace for…”.
