The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40(1) and (4) of the Health Act 2009(1).

In accordance with sections 40(9) to (12) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Welsh Ministers, the Scottish Ministers and the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in Northern Ireland.
