OFCOM must exercise their powers under section 30 of the WTA to amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 20048 to make provision to permit the transfer of all or part of the rights and obligations arising as a result of 900MHz, 1800MHz and 2100MHz licences from the licensee to another person.
