2.  The appointed day for the following codes of practice coming into force is 6th April 2010—

(a) Code of Practice for the Welfare of Privately Kept Non-Human Primates(1);

(b) Code of Practice for the Welfare of Cats(2);

(c) Code of Practice for the Welfare of Dogs(3);

(d) Code of Practice for the Welfare of Horses, Ponies, Donkeys and their Hybrids(4).
