5. The NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) and NHS Professionals Special Health Authority (Contact Centre) Directions 2009(1), are amended as follows—

(a)in direction 1(2) omit “and NHS Professionals Special Health Authority”; and

(b)in direction 1(3) omit “or NHS Professionals Special Health Authority”.
