In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Medical Act 1983;

  • “previous legislation” means—

    1. a

      the European Specialist Medical Qualifications Order 1995 M1; and

    2. b

      the General and Specialist Medical Practice (Education, Training and Qualifications) Order 2003 M2.
