By the Lords of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council
The General Medical Council have made the General Medical Council (Marking of the General Practitioner Register) Regulations 2010, which are set out in the Schedule to this Order, in exercise of the power conferred by section 31(4B) of the Medical Act 19831.
By virtue of section 31(10) of that Act2, such Regulations shall not come into force until approved by Order of the Privy Council.
Their Lordships, having taken these Regulations into consideration, are pleased to and do approve them.
