3.—(1) The Occupational Pension Schemes (Scheme Administration) Regulations 1996(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (exemptions from the professional advisers requirements)—
(a)omit paragraph (1)(j), and
(b)in paragraph (2)(b)(i)(2), omit “(j),”.
