These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Primary Medical Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st April 2010.

These Regulations apply in relation to England.

In these Regulations—

• “GMS Contracts Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 20042; and

• “PMS Agreements Regulations” means the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 20043.
