In regulation 16 (account provider – withdrawal by Board of approval) at the end add—

On receiving the notice referred to in paragraph (1), subject to any appeal under section 22(1)(b) of the Act, the account provider shall notify the registered contact (or, if there is no registered contact, the named child) of the right to transfer the account under regulation 21, and of his or her rights under regulation 20(3).
