Citation, commencement and application1
These Regulations—
a
may be cited as the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (England) Regulations 2010;
b
apply to England only; and
c
come into force on 6th April 2010.
