Citation, commencement and application E+W

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (England) Regulations 2010;

(b) apply to England only; and

(c) come into force on 6th April 2010.
