Amendment of Schedule 3

5.—(1) In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 3 (Fees for Interim TV licences) for “£4.00” and “£11.875” substitute, respectively, “£4.08” and “£12.12”.

(2) In paragraph 1(5)(b) of Part 2 of that Schedule (Interim TV Licence (Including Colour): Payment by Instalments) for “£142.50” substitute “£145.50”.
