6.—(1) Schedule 5 (TV licence fees for hotels and hospitality areas and mobile units) is amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “relevant amount”—
(a)in paragraph (a) for “£48.00 substitute “£49.00”; and
(b)in paragraph (b) for “£142.50” substitute “£145.50”.
(3) In paragraph 3(1)(a) for “£48.00” substitute “£49.00”.
(4) In paragraph 3(1)(b) for “£142.50” substitute “£145.50”.
