Continuance in force of sections 1 to 9 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005

2. Sections 1 to 9 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 shall not expire in accordance with article 2 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (Continuance in Force of Sections 1 to 9) Order 2009(1) but shall continue in force for a period of one year beginning with 11th March 2010.
