The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45C(1), (2), (3)(b) and (c) and (4)(a) and (c), 45D(2), 45F(2)(a), (b), (f) and (g) and 45P(2) of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 19841.

A draft of this instrument has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 45Q(2), (3) and (4) of that Act.
