57. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—
(a)for the definition of “registered housing association” substitute—
““registered housing association” means—
(a)
a private registered provider of social housing;
(b)
a housing association which is registered in a register maintained by the Welsh Ministers under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Housing Act 1996; or
(c)
a housing association which is registered by Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 57(3)(b) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001;”; and
(b)in paragraph (i) of the definition of “service user group” for “registered provider” substitute “private registered provider of social housing”.
