Amendments to Rule 2.38
55.—(1) Rule 2.38 (entitlement to vote) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(b), for “the following provisions of” substitute “Rule 2.39 or”.
(3) At the end of paragraph (7)(a) add “and Rule 2.39”.
