for paragraphs (1) and (2) substitute—

The administrator shall publish notice of all meetings of the company’s creditors or members in the Edinburgh Gazette and in such other manner as the administrator thinks fit to ensure the meeting comes to the notice of any persons who are entitled to attend.
b
in paragraph (3) for “paragraphs (1) and (2)” substitute “paragraph (1)”.
