Portland Harbour Authority Limited has applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641

The Secretary of State is satisfied as mentioned in section 14(2)(b) of that Act;

The Secretary of State (being the appropriate Minister under section 142 of that Act) in exercise of the powers conferred by that section3 makes the following Order:—
