3. The following provisions of the 2008 Act come into force on 1 April 2010—
(a)section 148(1) (consequential etc. amendments and transitional and saving provision), to the extent that it refers to paragraph 83 (Offender Management Act 2007(1)) of Schedule 26 (minor and consequential amendments); and
(b)in Schedule 26 (minor and consequential amendments), paragraph 83 (Offender Management Act 2007).
