FEES AND CHARGES
These regulations amend the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 2004 (“the 2004 Regulations”), which prescribe the fees to be charged in relation to certain services provided by the Secretary of State with regard to measuring instruments.

The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 19731 and section 128 of the Finance Act 19902, makes the following Regulations.
