A draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 58(4)(a) of the Government of Wales Act 20061 and has been approved by the Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 58(4)(b) of that Act.
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58, 157(2) and 158(4) of, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 and paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to, the Government of Wales Act 20062, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
