Amendments to the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2005

2.—(1) The Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2(3) of Schedule 1—

(a) in the definition of “coating” for ‘preparation’ substitute ‘mixture’,

(b) after the definition of “film”, insert—

“mixture” means mixtures or solutions composed of two or more substances.”,

(c) omit the definition of “preparation”.
