The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7C and 19(2) of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 20021, makes the following Regulations.
A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 19(3) of that Act2 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
