Section 333A of the Greater London Authority Act 199937 (London housing strategy) is amended as follows.

In subsection (8)—
a
after paragraph (a) insert—
ab
the Regulator of Social Housing;
b
in paragraph (b) for “registered social landlord” substitute “private registered providers of social housing”.

In subsection (10) omit the definition of “registered social landlord”.
