Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 E+W

118.—(1) Section 100 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(1) (local authority and other assistance for Secretary of State) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a private registered provider of social housing,”.

(3) In subsection (3) after “does not require” insert “a private registered provider of social housing or”.
