National Health Service Act 2006 E+W

134.  In section 256(2) of the National Health Service Act 2006(1) (power of Primary Care Trusts to make payments towards expenditure on community services)—

(a) before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) a private registered provider of social housing,”, and

(b) for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e) the Regulator of Social Housing.”.
