134. In section 256(2) of the National Health Service Act 2006(1) (power of Primary Care Trusts to make payments towards expenditure on community services)—
(a)before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)a private registered provider of social housing,”, and
(b)for paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e)the Regulator of Social Housing.”.
