39. The Housing Associations Act 1985(1) is amended as follows.
1985 c.69. Section 2B was inserted by paragraph 15 of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1996 (Consequential Provisions) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/2325). Section 83(3A) was inserted by paragraph 34 of Schedule 6 to the Housing Act 1988 (c. 50).
