Effects of the Order in relation to employees5
For the purposes of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 20066, the transfer of property, rights and liabilities from the Authority to the corporation is to be treated as a “relevant transfer” within the meaning of regulation 2 of those Regulations.
